Jean Jouzel, one of the main members of the GIEC was in Saclay to give a talk last week. We invited him for one of the colloquia of the Paris-Saclay University that four of us organise a few times a year. He presented the latest results on various observables and also narrated his political role in the COP21 which took place 2 years ago in Paris. Next time Alain Riazuelo will talk about black holes and show his film about strong lensing effects around Schwarszchild and Kerr black holes. I also gave a short talk on axion, a very rapid introduction, for my experimental particle and cosmology colleagues in Saclay. Pierre Brun asked me if I could introduce the subject. They will talk about axions and the Lyman alpha forest, solar axions and axion optics.
