Philippe Brax

I am a theoretical physicist working in theoretical cosmology. I have a permanent position at IPhT (Institut de Physique Theorique) CEA  Saclay.  My research interests cover the early Universe, in particular supersymmetric models of inflation, and the late time Universe, dark energy and modified gravity. I am also more and more interested in dark matter, i.e alternatives to the standard WIMP scenario.

MY LATEST RESEARCH

Dark matter is as elusive as ever. Part of my research has been connected to possible models of dark matter. Here charged dark matter halos.

Light scalars could couple to matter and affect the dynamics of pulsars. They can also make the equation of state of dark energy cross the phantom divide.
